What you will notice first
Never lose track of what is unread. Unread counts now appear across your
sidebar, including saved filters and folders, so you can see at a glance which
views have conversations waiting instead of just your inbox.
Make the sidebar yours. Drag to reorder your sidebar sections: folders,
teams, channels, and labels. The things you use most sit where you want them.
Brighten up your Help Center. Categories now support an emoji and icon
picker with color options, so your help center navigation is scannable instead
of a wall of text.
See every file a customer sent, in one place. Contacts have a new media view
that collects the images and files you have exchanged, so you are not scrolling
back through months of conversation to find an attachment.
Conversations and contacts
- Assign contacts to companies with a new company selector on the contact
- Deleted email conversations stay deleted; they no longer re-sync from the mail server
- WhatsApp: click-to-WhatsApp ad referral details are now captured on the conversation
- WhatsApp: attachments keep their original filenames
- Contact names from email are tidied up instead of arriving overly long
- Fixed: pasted images can be resized again
- Fixed: new conversations no longer show "undefined" as the subject

- A new per-inbox toggle turns incoming calls off for a specific inbox

- Active session management: see your signed-in devices and sign them out from your profile
- Mobile app sessions are labeled properly instead of showing as "Unknown Device"
- Sensitive integration credentials are no longer exposed in API responses
